A comprehensive roof and façade refurbishment, extending the life and improving the appearance of Hathaway’s own head office and manufacturing facility, completed in 2023.
Hathaway carried out a phased refurbishment of its Bishop Auckland head office and factory, upgrading the existing building envelope while the premises remained operational. The works included overlay roofing to the office and factory areas, together with new insulation and a single-ply membrane, alongside overcladding to refresh and improve the existing façades. Careful sequencing allowed the works to progress around occupied offices, factory operations, access routes and car parking.
