Hathaway were appointed by Winvic Construction Ltd to deliver the external envelope package for Plot 4000 at Gateway 14, Stowmarket, a 1.18 million sq ft warehousing and logistics development for Jaynic, pre-let to The Range.

Bringing together expertise from across the business, Hathaway successfully delivered one of the UK’s largest logistics envelope packages, providing a coordinated approach from design through to completion.

The project showcased Hathaway’s capability to deliver large-scale industrial roofing and cladding solutions, combining technical expertise, programme management and quality installation on a major logistics development.
