The 253,000 sq ft development at St Modwen Park, Stoke provides a major warehouse and distribution facility for National Veterinary Services (NVS), supporting the supply of products to animal health practices across the UK.
Working with Winvic Construction Ltd, Hathaway delivered the external envelope package across the large-scale warehouse and associated office accommodation. The works included Kingspan composite roof and wall cladding systems, insulated boundary and valley gutters, parapet cladding and associated flashings, together with detailing to the office accommodation and main entrance.
