Hathaway was appointed to deliver the external envelope package for Units 1 and 2 at Arrow Point, Bolton, providing a comprehensive combination of high-performance roofing and wall cladding systems.
The roofing package incorporates Euroclad Elite Plus twin-skin systems alongside GRP triple-skin rooflights, insulated boundary and valley gutters, roof flashings and perimeter safety restraint systems. The façades combine vertical and horizontal Euroclad Elite Plus twin-skin cladding with Kingspan composite panels, creating a durable and thermally efficient external envelope.
Delivered across two substantial units, the project demonstrates Hathaway’s expertise in coordinating multiple roofing and façade systems across large-scale industrial and logistics developments.
