Following our previous involvement at Magna Park in 2020, Hathaway returned to the development in 2023, working alongside main contractor TSL to deliver extensive roofing and external wall cladding packages for GLP.
Comprising units MPS9, MPS10 and MPS11, the three facilities provide approximately 645,000 sq ft of modern logistics accommodation, forming the final phase of this landmark development in the heart of the UK’s logistics Golden Triangle.
Hathaway’s works included high-performance Kingspan QuadCore insulated roofing and wall cladding systems, GRP rooflights, architectural cladding, parapet finishes and integrated rainwater goods.
A combination of profiled and micro-ribbed composite panels, finished in GLP’s distinctive blue colour palette, created a consistent appearance across the three buildings.
Designed with sustainability and long-term performance in mind, MPS9 achieved an exceptional BREEAM Outstanding score of 97.8%, setting a new benchmark for UK logistics developments.
