Hathaway were appointed to deliver the external envelope package for Unit 8 at SmartParc Derby, a 434,000 sq ft food manufacturing and distribution facility for HelloFresh.
Designed to support the next generation of sustainable food production, the development forms part of the pioneering SmartParc Derby campus. Hathaway supplied and installed high-performance Kingspan insulated roof and wall cladding systems, delivering a robust, thermally efficient external envelope that supports the operational and sustainability requirements of this landmark facility.
