St. Modwen Park, Derby

Working alongside Winvic Construction Ltd⁠, Hathaway delivered the external envelope package across five new industrial facilities forming part of the continued development of St. Modwen Park Derby, now known as Indurent Park Derby. The five units range from approximately 27,700 sq ft to 146,000 sq ft and together provide more than 350,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space. 

Our works incorporated Kingspan composite roof panels, triple-skin GRP rooflights, insulated gutter systems and a combination of Euroclad twin-skin and Kingspan composite wall cladding. Delivered to a high sustainability specification, the facilities achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings, creating efficient, high-performance buildings designed for modern industrial use.
