Hathaway delivered the roofing and wall cladding package for the JLR Halewood Extension in 2023, working with main contractor ISG on the expansion of Jaguar Land Rover’s established automotive manufacturing facility in Merseyside.
Our works incorporated Kingspan composite roofing and vertically laid wall cladding systems, providing a durable and thermally efficient external envelope designed to meet the performance requirements of the new facility. The package also included insulated rainwater goods and associated detailing, with the roof and wall systems finished in Goosewing Grey to create a clean, consistent appearance across the extension.
