Rockingham Gateway is a major logistics development in Corby, Northamptonshire, providing approximately 500,000 sq ft of high-quality warehouse and office accommodation for CEVA Logistics.
Working alongside main contractor VolkerFitzpatrick, Hathaway delivered a comprehensive roofing and external envelope package for the development, incorporating high-performance insulated roofing systems, architectural wall cladding and associated ancillary works.
The extensive roof area features a Euroclad Elite Plus insulated roofing system, complemented by GRP rooflights designed to maximise natural daylight within the warehouse. A combination of vertically and horizontally laid Euroclad cladding and Kingspan composite panels provides a distinctive, contrasting finish to the building’s elevations.
The scope also incorporated specialist hot-melt waterproofing to the main office terrace, undertaken by Shield Roofing as a specialist subcontractor to Hathaway. Additional works included roof safety systems, rainwater goods, architectural flashings, soffits and entrance features.
The completed development combines contemporary architectural design with high-performance building envelope solutions, contributing to a modern and energy-efficient logistics facility.
