Hathaway delivered the roofing, wall cladding and associated envelope works to Data Centres 2 and 3 at Cobalt Park, working with main contractor Bowmer + Kirkland.
The two purpose-built facilities form part of Cobalt Park’s secure data centre campus in North Tyneside, designed by Woods Bagot and developed to provide resilient, high-performance digital infrastructure.
Our extensive package incorporated Kalzip standing seam roofing, flat roofing, Eurobond Europanel composite wall panels, internal partition cladding and rainwater systems, together with specialist elements including rainscreen cladding, louvres, rooflights, walkways and safety systems.
