Hathaway delivered specialist roofing and wall cladding works for LGW16, Digital Realty’s second data centre at its Crawley campus. The 109,000 sq ft facility provides four data halls and forms part of Digital Realty’s major data centre development at Principal Park.
Our works incorporated rockwool-core composite panel systems to the data halls, together with insulated composite panels across the offices, stair housings and plant enclosures. Aluminium composite and fibre cement rainscreen systems were also installed to the office and entrance areas, providing contrasting architectural finishes across the building.
LGW16 forms part of Digital Realty’s Crawley campus, recognised for its strong sustainability credentials, including a BREEAM Excellent sustainability assessment.
