The majority of the 90,000m2 roof was covered with a Sarnafil mechanically fixed single-ply roof membrane. A mixture of Kingspan TR26FM and Rockwool Duorock insulations were used, both supported by a Corus Panels and Profiles steel deck.
Case Study
Brett Martin Daylight Systems barrel vault GRP rooflights were incorporated into the roof design.
Other areas were constructed with a Kalzip aluminium standing seam outer sheet, mineral wool insulation and a Corus Panels and Profiles steel liner.
Membrane lined gutters were drained by a siphonic rainwater disposal system.
The wall cladding consisted of horizontally laid Eurobond rockfibre cored composite panels and various twin-skin profiles from Gasell.
Schuco aluminium framed windows, doors and curtain walling were designed and manufactured by our in house fabrication facility.
