We’re proud to be supporting the STEMAZING Inspiration Academy, with our Business Development & Sustainability Manager, Ruth Dinsdale, taking part as a STEM role model.
Ruth began her career at Hathaway as an apprentice and has since worked across different areas of the business before progressing into her current role. Her journey is a great example of how a career in construction can develop in different directions and open up opportunities across a wide range of disciplines.
Through STEMAZING, Ruth will be helping bring STEM to life for primary school pupils through practical activities and real-world experiences, while sharing how subjects such as science, technology, engineering and maths connect to construction, sustainability and the buildings around us.
For Hathaway, it is another opportunity to support future skills, encourage curiosity and help young people see the breadth of careers available within our industry.
