Hathaway was appointed by Winvic Construction Ltd to design, supply and install the external envelope package for ARC 500, a 494,750 sq ft speculative logistics and distribution facility in Birkenhead, Merseyside.
Developed by Tungsten Properties, the project was delivered to support ambitious sustainability objectives, achieving BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ credentials while contributing to the ongoing regeneration of the Wirral Waters area.
