In support of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 and this year’s theme, “Action”, we’re proud to continue taking positive steps to support the wellbeing of our people through Mental Health First Aid training.
This training is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our people. This initiative reflects our belief that a healthy, supportive workplace is essential for both individual success and the long-term strength of our business.
By equipping colleagues with the training, knowledge, and confidence to recognise the early signs of mental health challenges, we are creating a more open, understanding, and responsive working environment.
Mental Health First Aid training helps us foster a culture where conversations about mental health are normalised, stigma is reduced, and support is more accessible.
This training represents a meaningful investment in our people. We recognise that our employees are our greatest asset, and prioritising their wellbeing is fundamental to building a resilient, engaged, and high-performing organisation. Through initiatives like this, we aim to ensure everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive both professionally and personally.
Our newly trained Mental Health First Aiders represent a wide range of roles from across the business, and each person volunteered to take part in this valued training programme. Congratulations to you all on successfully completing such a comprehensive and intensive course. Your commitment to supporting your colleagues and strengthening our workplace culture truly reflects the values that sit at the heart of Hathaway.
