Each day brings a different theme, centred around what matters most on site. It’s about getting everyone involved, from site management teams to labour gangs, sharing ideas, experiences and looking out for one another.
This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about keeping the conversation going and making sure the right habits stick.
There’s a bit of healthy competition in there too, with a well earned breakfast for those who really get stuck in.
