Supporting Apprenticeships and Work Experience

Hathaway is committed to developing the next generation of skilled professionals within the roofing and cladding industry. We actively support apprenticeship programmes and offer structured work experience placements to provide practical, hands-on exposure to our operations. Participants are given the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals, develop technical competence and gain an understanding of the standards required to deliver complex projects safely and effectively. Many of our long-serving team members began their careers through apprenticeship pathways, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and creating long-term career opportunities within the business.

Subcontractor Enquiries

We welcome enquiries from experienced Roofing and Cladding Installation Teams seeking to work with Hathaway on a subcontract basis.

All subcontractor enquiries should be directed to our Senior Operations Manager, Leigh Palmer, who is responsible for assessing capability, experience and suitability in line with our project and SHEQ requirements. Please contact Leigh.Palmer@hathaway-roofing.co.uk for further information.
