Abi began her apprenticeship with Hathaway in August 2025, studying for her BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying Degree at Northumbria University alongside her role.

Abi’s role includes contract comparisons, drawing take-offs, labour sheets, and developing an understanding of roofing and cladding systems through site visits.
