Max joined Hathaway in September 2025 and is currently completing a Level 3 Civil Engineering & Construction Technician Apprenticeship at New College Durham.
In his role, Max supports estimating activities with a strong focus on mathematical and technical skills, including take-offs.
“I’m really enjoying my apprenticeship as the work is challenging but enjoyable. My knowledge has developed quickly thanks to the support and guidance of the people around me.”
