St Modwen NVS Stoke Central

A new 253,000 sq ft warehouse facility for the supply and distribution of products to animal health practices across the UK.

The project comprises a 253,000 sq ft warehouse with a 15-metre clear haunch height, which will be home to Stoke-based National Veterinary Services (NVS). The new facility will more than double NVS’ existing warehouse capacity.
