Working alongside Winvic Construction, Hathaway successfully delivered for IM Properties, a 2.94 million sq ft global parts logistics centre comprising of five industrial units that will be leased to Jaguar Land Rover, making this the UK’s largest single occupier logistics park.
Unit 2 and Unit 4 are the largest at 1,000,000 sq ft!
We are very proud to be part of the team delivering on a project of this size and scale and is testament to the relationship that we have built with both IM Properties and Winvic, as well as demonstrating that we continue to be the cladding contractor leader in the sector.
Our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility allowed Hathaway to support both IM Properties and Winvics’ green commitments on this Net Zero construction.
