Last week, members of the Hathaway Team visited Building Systems UK (A Tata Steel Enterprise) at Shotton Steelworks, alongside representatives from Fixing Point.
The day began with CPD sessions from both Building Systems UK and Fixing Point, giving the team the opportunity to learn more about the latest products, systems and solutions.
We also enjoyed a tour of the manufacturing facilities at Shotton, including No. 6 Hot Dip Galvanizing Line, the Colorcoat® Line and the Composite Panel and Profiling lines providing a fascinating insight into the manufacturing processes behind the products we work with every day.
The day also included a practical session where volunteers put fixings through their paces in a test rig, giving everyone a great hands-on insight into product performance and fixing solutions.
A huge thank you to Building Systems UK and Fixing Point for hosting such an informative and engaging day. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn, share knowledge and strengthen our partnerships across the supply chain.
