Hathaway lead the industry in industrial Roofing and Cladding Safety.
Hathaway have a full time Safety Manager within the company
and are accredited training providers for the C.I.T.B. Safety Awareness
and Industrial Plant.
Hathaway were the first assessment centre for NVQ's for industrial
Roofing and Cladding.
Hathaway have two I.V. and four Assessors within the company.
Hathaway use independent Safety Consultants to carry out site
audits, this is carried out every two weeks until the end of the contract.
Hathaway are members of several Safety groups, helping to keep
ahead of the competition and with this knowledge they are able to
help others.
Hathaway complies with the M.C.G. Charter to have a fully trained
workforce by the end of 2003 and several of our Managers have won
individual Safety Awards.
Hathaway have won several Safety Awards via the N.F.R.C. including
a gold award and Company of the year 2002 from Northern Counties
Safety Group.
All of our employees hold C.S.C.S. cards relevant to their position
within the company and our sub contract labour hold C.S.C.S. skill
cards, also all Plant Operatives are C.T.A. holders.
