Hathaway achieved BS5750 Part 1 on 25 November 1991. Since then our formal quality procedures, ensure our clients receive the high level of service and standards expected of a market leader.
Each Director has a copy of the official Hathaway Quality Manual and each department has a QA Team Leader who attends team meetings and reviews procedures and enforces:
