The Senior Management of Hathaway Roofing Ltd fully recognise the need for a comprehensive system of quality assurance to ensure that all products manufactured, purchased and installed by the Company, completely fulfil the requirements of our customers.
It is Hathaway Roofing’s aim to develop long term relationships with our clients and suppliers by offering them a professional service and strong effective management at all times.
It is also our declared policy to follow the highest ethical and business standards in everything we do.
To help us to achieve the goals, we operate a quality management system to BS EN ISO9001:2008 standard.
Our system is audited three times a year by BSI, who we have been working with for 20 years. This system is overseen by a Quality Manager and forms the basis for a code of conduct that extends to every single member of the Hathaway Team.
