The roof construction consisted of a Corus Panels and Profiles steel liner panel, vapour control layer, mineral fibre insulation and a Kalzip aluminium standing seam outer sheet. Brett Martin barrel vault GRP rooflights were co-ordinated with the modularity of the outer sheet.
The plantwell roof consisted of a Wards Topdek composite panel with a Flag outer menbrane which also incorporated Brett Martin GRP rooflights.
Membrane lined gutters were drained by a siphonic rainwater disposal system.
The vertical cladding consisted of horizontally laid Paroc rockfibre cored composite panels. Schuco aluminium framed windows and curtain walling were designed and manufactured by our in house fabrication facility.
Purpose designed aluminium bullnoses, soffits and gable verge flashings were incorporated to provide a clean finish to the roof edge.
