A 27,000m˛ warehouse development consisting of a Kingspan RW1000 composite roof with integrated Brett Martin rooflights and siphonically drained membrane lined gutters.
The low pitched office roof was constructed with a mechanically fastened Sarnafil single ply roof membrane over Kingspan TR26FM insulation and a Corus Panels and Profiles D45 steel deck.
The warehouse elevations consisted of a mixture of horizontally laid Kingspam MR1000 composite panels with both horizontal and vertical Euroclad twin skin constructions. Several areas were upgraded to provide 1hour fire resistance.
The office elevations were clad with horizontally laid Kingspan MR1000 composite panels.
