The majority of the wall cladding was constructed using a twin skin system, comprising of Euroclad outer skin sheets, a bold colour scheme was adopted to blend in with the existing buildings.
The use of horizontal and vertically laid cladding give the buildings a unique look.
A pre-curved Kalzip aluminium standing seam roof was constructed on the LRC Block and a stress skin designed structural deck supported the low pitched Kalzip aluminium standing seam roof to the Business School Block.
Rainwater is drained into the raking/curved, single ply, membrane lined gutter.
Brise Soliel solar shading was used above glazed areas to reduce solar heat gain.
An extensive Schuco curtain wall and galzing system, manufactured in- house, was incorporated into all elevations.
