In-House Fabrication Division
Our Fabrication Division enables us to manufacture a wide range of bespoke roofing and cladding components in-house, providing greater control over quality, lead times, sequencing and functionality.
By retaining fabrication capability within the business, we are able to support project-specific requirements, respond efficiently to programme changes and maintain consistency from design through to installation on site.
Quality, Control & Programme Assurance
Our highly skilled fabrication team understands that the supply of components of industry leading quality, delivered on time and in the required sequence, is critical to site performance.
All fabricated components are designed and produced in our facility using the latest in technology with the aid of the latest automated and semi-automated machinery under controlled factory conditions and subject to quality checks prior to packaging and delivery. This ensures materials arrive on site in optimal condition and ready for installation.
We operate a just-in-time delivery approach, coordinated with site teams and project managers, which:

All components are fabricated to suit individual project requirements and integrated with our design and construction processes to ensure compatibility and buildability.

Our fabrication division works closely with our Design Team and Construction teams, enabling a coordinated, end-to-end approach from technical detailing through manufacture and installation.
