During national apprenticeship week it is important to celebrate the achievements of our apprentices at Hathaway and remind ourselves of the value of investing in young talent - recognising the contributions apprentices make to our company and society on a whole.
Robbie is in the last year of his apprenticeship where he has developed a specialist skill set over the past 3 years working closely with our fabrications team. During this time, Robbie has shown a fantastic attitude towards learning new skills which has allowed him to develop, and grow within the business.
On the picture provided, you will find him stood proud as punch (minus the pun) next to his completed Rain Water Pipes which are ready to be collected for powder coating and sent to site.
